The end of the year has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. We want to get rid of our bad habits and we reflect on the changes we need to have a healthier lifestyle, save money or, why not, get organized once and for all.
Although we know that New Year’s resolutions are easier to make than they are to keep, this doesn’t stop us from promising ourselves a more successful and productive year than the previous one. But, what is wrong with our resolutions? Why do we have trouble sticking to them?
From now on, I will make a plan instead of a resolution. I’m determined to succeed!
