There’s no doubt that bullying is one of the biggest problems education is facing nowadays. Bullying is in itself a barrier to achievement. It can lead to children failing exams, dropping out of sport, avoiding extra-curricular activities and generally having their life choices limited.

From 19th  to 23rd November, the Anti-bullying week takes place and The Guardian has published some articles to provide teachers with helpful ideas and resources on how to deal with this issue.

Read this article and access to loads of resources including lesson plans, presentations and much more. I’m sure it will prove very useful, no matter what subject you are teaching from Citizenship to PHSE or even to organise an Anti-bullying week in your shools.
